Since it posed a bit of a problem last fall in regards to the Banquet meal and trying to keep track of who had paid, and us ending up having to pay out of our pocket for those unpaid meals we are going to try something a little different. We will be collecting in advance for the banquet buffet. I will then give a total count to the hotel (much like I did in the past) and this will be the number of people they prepare the meals for.

Please choose from the following and add it to the Paypal shopping cart, once you have paid for your meals print your receipt and bring it with you to the event. You will need to show this receipt for the meals. You do not need a Paypal account, you can pay with a credit card by clicking ‘continue’ on the left under the heading Don’t have a Paypal account.

All of the costs below include taxes (11.75%) and the gratuity (18%) charged by the hotel.

Tossed Mixed Greens with Assorted Condiments and Dressings, Potato Salad, Three Bean Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Pasta Salad, Cottage Cheese and Fruit Salad, Potatoes Au Gratin, Rice Pilaf, Whipped Potatoes with Brown Gravy, Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables, Seasoned Green Beans, Whole kernel Corn, Fresh Wheat Rolls and Butter, Coffee or Iced Tea

Choice of Three Entrees - Carved Roast Round of Beef, Carved Glazed Ham, Lemon Pepper Baked Whitefish,

There will be a Cash Bar available
Happy Hour will begin at 6:00 with Dinner at 6:30

The payment for the Banquet and Donation is a 2 step process, first add your meal(s) to the cart then return to this page and add your donation to the cart. Check the total, if it is right proceed to check out.
